Initial Consultation with a Physician

$300: 60 minute session

• You will have an initial virtual consultation with one of our physicians to create an individualized plan to improve your mental and physical health. Labs may be ordered to identify any underlying factors affecting your mood.

• When your initial intake is scheduled, we require a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, but it will be applied toward your initial visit. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

• Lab testing is a separate fee. You will only pay the wholesale cost of the labs, which can range from $30 to $350+, depending on the complexity of the lab tests needed. Before ordering, your physician will discuss the total costs.

• We can provide you with a superbill, which is a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
